Refunds and Returns
I understand that when purchasing an artwork online, it might not be what you were looking for when you receive the original artwork. Feel free to get in touch with me before you purchase, if you require more photos for you to see or if you wish any other information on the artwork.
I will make sure that our parcels will leave our studio well packed and save to travel. You will receive a photo of the parcel when leaving the studio together with a notification email with further details. This is solely for original artworks, not for prints.
Please note I am not responsible in any way for lost/stolen packages, nor will I be responsible for any delay by courier services.
If you receive your parcel and this has been damaged in any way, please take photos and contact info@kimbredius.com within 24 hours of receipt of the item. Note that in case of returns/refunds, the shipping costs will not be refunded and the costs for returning the item to me is for the purchaser’s costs.
Furthermore, again, please note that I do not accept any returns/refunds on any print art works.
